WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail, as soon as the shipment is created you will receive a processed order e-mail. Tracking numbers are sent via email shortly after your second email. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 

We strive to deliver worldwide within 12-20 days and within the US even faster. International orders will take a little bit longer than our US orders. We promise it will be worth the wait!

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking information is available within 5-10 days, tracking numbers are sent to the email provided on orders.

We ship worldwide to every country. For free for a limited time. 

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY ORDER? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If a refund is requested during the time that a shipment has been sent out or is on it's way to it's destination, a refund will be processed once the package has arrived.
